In addition to the duties, duties and rights mentioned elsewhere in this regulation, the duties, duties and rights of the department shall be as follows 9:
(a) Projecting the amount required for social security allowance and sending it to the Ministry of Finance of the Government of Nepal for approval through the Ministry,
(b) To provide the amount required for social security allowance to the concerned local level, (c) To solve the problems related to the provision of social security allowance and to make recommendations to the Ministry for policy reforms regarding the provision of social security allowance. > (d) Studying and investigating the provision of social security allowance and identifying improvement measures,
(e) To organize the records system to make the work of providing social security allowance reliable and trustworthy and to facilitate the use of funds for this purpose,
(f) Dealing with training and orientation to the officials involved in providing social security allowance 6
(g) Other matters relating to social security
